This is a great private practice I see Ashley or Dr. Chakra they’re both Certified nurse practitioners they are caring and listen to your concerns. I have never felt so safe & listen to by these doctors, they will help you as much as they can if not they will send you or suggest what they feel would help you! Unfortunately I had to move and I had to leave the practice. I’ve been going there at least a year or more I liked going to see them they truly do care! If you like Patience & cared for this is the perfect practice. Office staff are kind and helpful with you also. I will miss this practice but I know they are there for me if needed.

Came in with lower back and leg pain, had an x-ray then given a pain shot which relieved me within an hour. Walked out of the office much better than I did when I went in.
