What happens at an urgent care visit?

White Lake Family Medicine strives to give each urgent care patient prompt attention. After you check-in for your appointment, the team evaluates your condition. 

Minor injuries can be treated, stitched, or bandaged in the office. If you’re sick, your provider may perform diagnostic testing and give you a medication prescription. 

At the end of your appointment, the team gives you aftercare instructions. This could include follow-up appointments at White Lake Family Medicine or a referral to a specialist for additional care.
