White Lake Family Medicine was founded 31 years ago by board-certified family physician David Leszkowitz, DO. Three years later, in 1994, White Lake Family Medicine grew and moved to its current location at the corner of Fisk and Highland road, continuing to serve the community of White Lake, Michigan. The practice became the only one serving the northwest community in Oakland County. The face of the practice is its staff – White Lake has had the same nurses for over 26 years. They pride themselves on promoting from within as loyalty to patients and staff has guided their existence.

The practice continues to grow, offering many services but always remaining loyal to their patients, community, and staff. From yearly physicals, acute and chronic illness, physical and emotional needs to complex diseases, the practice has been there. They pride themselves on accepting all who come, whether for wellness exams, severe diseases, behavioral health, or those most in need of addiction treatment who suffer from substance use coexisting dual diagnoses.
